Deposit of $52.50
(payable by cash, check, money order or credit card-credit card payments will have up to a $3.00 additional charge.)
If applicant name is a business, we need proof that person signing application is an employee/authorized agent.
All information must match(Name on Application, ID and Warranty Deed/Lease)

If your service is subject to disconnect, or has already been disconnected, you must contact our office to avoid service interruption or to have service restored.
Bill Pay and E-billing UP TO A $3.00 CONVENIENCE FEE FOR PAYMENTS VIA- MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER OR AMEX
Info on billing:
Bills are generated the last business day of the month and are due by the 10th of every month. If payment has not been recieved by the 10th of the month a late fee will be assessed as of the 11th of the month.
Payments may be submitted online by clicking here or by calling our payment line directly at (228) 265 - 9377 seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We accept Visa & Mastercard, Discover & AMEX for an additional fee.
Payments are posted to your account on business days at 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM CST. Payments made over the weekend or holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.
You will need the following information to pay your bill online or by phone:
Full 8 digit Riverbend Utilities account number, including all leading zeros, which can be found on your billYour 16 digit Visa or Mastercard account numberYour TWO DIGIT credit card expiration monthYour TWO DIGIT credit card expiration yearYour 3 digit security code, found on the back of your credit cardThe zip code where your credit card statement is mailedOther Payment Options

After hours payments may be placed in our drop box located at the end of the sidewalk by the flag pole.
