Online & Telephone Payments
Payments may be submitted online by clicking here or by calling our payment line directly at (228) 265 - 9377 seven days
a week, 24 hours a day. We accept Visa & Mastercard.
Payments are posted to your account on business days at 8:00 AM, 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM CST. Payments made over the weekend or holidays will be posted to your account the next business day.
IMPORTANT: If your service is subject to disconnect, or has already been disconnected, you must contact our office to avoid a service interruption or to have service restored.
You will need the following information to pay your bill online or by phone:
- Full 8 digit Riverbend Utilities account number, including all leading zeros, which can be found on your bill
- Your 16 digit Visa or Mastercard account number
- Your TWO DIGIT credit card expiration month
- Your TWO DIGIT credit card expiration year
- Your 3 digit security code, found on the back of your credit card
- The zip code where your credit card statement is mailed
Payments can be made in person at our office during business hours. We have a drive-thru on the backside of the building
for your convenience. We also have the option of ACH from your checking account. For the ACH form please click the link at the bottom of this screen.
After hours payments may be placed in our drop box located at the end of the sidewalk by the flag pole.
